Full solids fermentation in French oak, aged 10 months in barrel on lees, unfiltered, unfined. The role of oak provides a textural smoothness throughout and some gently nutty overtones that work well with citrus, stone fruits and faint herbal notes. A nice tang of lemon barley to close.
